Software Developer(Gen AI & JavaScript)

DifferentByte is looking for a Software Developer with strong foundations in Gen-AI development and JavaScript, who can contribute to building intelligent, scalable, and production-ready applications.

This role is ideal for developers who enjoy working across AI models, backend systems, and JavaScript-based application layers, and are looking for hands-on exposure in a fast-growing, AI-focused product environment.

Position: Software Developer(Gen AI & JavaScript)

Location: Cochin, Kerala

Employment Type: Onsite/Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Gen-AI powered features
• Build and optimize LLM, RAG, and agent-based workflows
• Develop backend services and APIs for AI features
• Integrate AI functionality using JavaScript
• Fine-tune, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models
• Work closely with frontend and backend teams

Key Requirements

• Strong foundation in ML, DL, and NLP
• Proficiency in Python for AI development
• Good working knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG
• Hands-on with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Pandas
• Experience deploying models via Hugging Face
• Understanding of backend systems & databases
• Exposure to AWS / GCP / Azure is a plus
