Social Media Executive – Beauty & Personal Care

Manchester – fully office-based

Salary c.£30k plus benefits

Rare opportunity to join this fast-growing, female-founded beauty company headquartered in Greater Manchester, leading social media strategy across a portfolio of beauty brands.

What will you do?

Develop and implement social media strategy growth targets for each brand
Create, curate and schedule engaging content across social platforms
Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns with full accountability
Monitor engagement and respond to followers, comments, and messages
Identify and collaborate with appropriate influencers and brand ambassadors
Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports with insights

What do you need to apply?

Experience in a social media management role
Proven track record of growing social channels and optimising paid ad campaigns
Hands-on experience in beauty or fashion, ideally with TikTok
Degree level qualification in business administration, marketing, or comparable field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and content creation tools
Experience with scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer
Strong writing skills and ability to craft engaging, brand-aligned content
