Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Video Creator to produce engaging, high-quality video content for our social media platforms. This person will be responsible for ideating, shooting, and editing videos that align with our brand voice and drive engagement across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media
• Ideate and execute content aligned with current trends and brand goals
• Shoot and edit videos using mobile or professional equipment
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams for campaigns and launches
• Ensure timely delivery of content as per content calendar
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform updates

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in video creation for social media
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (mobile and/or camera)
• Proficiency in editing tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and digital trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or D2C brands
• Comfortable being on camera is a plus
