Social media & marketing lead (part time)

We’re hiring! Part time social & marketing Lead.

As a small, growing underdog liqueur distillery we’re looking for someone flexible, hands on & interested in growing with the business.

You’ll be working with the founder & team on content creation & scheduling over three platforms, to an agreed brand style. You’ll need to have awareness of trends & newsworthy events and basic knowledge of editing software and platforms (mostly canva). You’ll have to have a willingness to be on camera with confidence as required, and an ability to write basic copy to our brand style.

Primary Goals:

Working with founder & team on content creation & scheduling to an agreed calendar.

Platforms : Instagram, Tiktok & Linkedin

Awareness of & Integrating trends/newsworthy events into content.

Content capturing, editing & production in canva & other relevant platforms.

Occasional ad hoc work at consumer facing events and markets including setup and potential weekend events. Driving license helpful but not essential.

Ongoing goals:

Growth into CRM & email marketing.

Developing knowledge of SEO & web design.

Managing Ad budget & creating sales growth.

Role will be 1 day a week, flexible 9-5 & paid hourly/day rate though we’re open to conversations about freelance.
