Responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s social media presence. You’ll create engaging content, drive community interaction, oversee platform performance, and support brand growth through strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver social media strategies aligned with campaign goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish content (text, images, videos) across social platforms.
• Monitor, engage with, and grow the online community.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, ROI), and refine strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage small-scale paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 0-1 year experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and visual content collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., social platform insights, Google Analytics).
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and highly organized.
• Experience with scheduling tools.
• Understanding of copyright, data protection, and compliance.
