Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Expert - Performance Marketing Executive based in Nagpur Division. The role involves creating and managing performance marketing campaigns on Meta platforms, conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing ads for better results. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align business goals, developing strategies to improve campaign efficiency, and delivering insights through detailed reports.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage Meta Business Suite, Ad Accounts, Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI).
• Plan and execute full-funnel Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (Prospecting, Retargeting, ASC).
• Optimize budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
• Monitor ad compliance and maintain account health.
• Collaborate with designers to create high-performing Reels, Carousels, and Static ads.
• Write effective ad copy aligned with different stages of the customer journey.
• Drive organic growth through content strategy and trend-led engagement.
