Location: Infopark, Kochi

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Social Media Manager to build, grow, and manage our digital presence across platforms. This role goes beyond posting — you will shape narratives, grow communities, and drive measurable business impact through content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and GTM goals
  • Plan content calendars in collaboration with content and video teams
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
  • Manage community engagement, comments, and DMs
  • Coordinate with paid media teams for amplification
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and formats

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media management (media/startup preferred)
  • Strong understanding of content-led growth and brand storytelling
  • Experience with analytics tools and performance reporting
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands under one umbrella

  • Follower and subscriber growth
  • Engagement rate and reach
  • Media-driven leads and brand visibility
