Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Indore is for a Social Media Content Creator. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging and high-performing content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated with social media trends. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content with broader marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Copywriting
Experience with Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Creative Tool Proficiency (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Ability to analyze social media analytics and generate performance reports to inform strategic decisions
Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their specific audience dynamics
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of creativity
Adaptability to new technologies and trends in digital media
Prior experience in marketing or renewable energy is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
