Role Description
We are seeking a Social Media Community & Sales Manager for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will build and maintain an engaged online community, respond to customer inquiries, and foster positive relationships with participants. You will also manage social media platforms, generate leads, and support sales efforts through customer engagement and outreach. The role requires creativity, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills to drive customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, including the ability to handle inquiries, manage complaints, and create exceptional experiences for our clients.
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
- Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to engage and build relationships with a diverse audience.
- Knowledge of social media management, online community engagement, and content creation is highly desirable.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Experience in health, fitness, or wellness industries is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
