Requisition Title: Site Shift Officer

Locations - Barabanki, Haidergadh, Prayagraj, Hapur, Pilibhit, Chandauli, Unnao, Ayodhya Ambedkarnagar , Panipat, Jhajjar, Jind, Danoda, Hoshiarpur, Ludhiana, Mansa

Job Description

Ensure the implementation of safety procedures and processes (Workplace safety & management), in the fields during his shift. Reporting of incidents as per Reliance standards.
Act as Incident command control until arrival of next senior personnel as per defined ERCP management process.
Ensure implementation of Security systems and lead shift security team for controlling plant premises.
Ensure establishment and follow-up on compliances by LSTK partner wrt
Shift Incharge logbook
Operator field round Logsheet (identified Parameter)
Alarm Register
Instruction Book
Lead daily rakeup along with Lead Operation.
Systematic HOTO
SOP/SMP/Checklist
Ensure availability of right Quality/quantity of Raw Material/ Heating media by co-ordinating with respective disciplines
Manages Dispatches of CBG/FOM/Digestate during his shift as per plan and aligns all discipline.
Raw material / Finished product inventory management and reconciliation.
Monitor & troubleshoot all process parameters and equipment condition for smooth operation of the plant by guiding shift teams. Arranging all resources utilizing contracting terms.
To lead speedy restart of production after any plant breakdown. Reporting of failures with reliance systems for RCA and improvement. Share learning from incidents with shift team
Control flare loss through effective planning and taking time actions.
Highlight exceptions in parameters which affect product quality.
Follow up with maintenance departments to expedite planned / unplanned maintenance activities
Carry out improvement trials as planned in the plan
Identify training and development needs of panel and field operators. Arrange or take programs for improving skills and knowledge of shift crew.
Highlight exceptions in parameters (both positive and negative)
Reduction of cycle time for RM inward, Product out vehicles.
Reduction HOTO time for maintenance
