Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Interior Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This role involves overseeing interior design projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to project timelines. The Site Interior Supervisor will coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers, monitor material usage, manage on-site workers, and ensure compliance with safety and design standards. The role also requires providing regular project updates to stakeholders and proactively solving any on-site issues that may arise.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and materials
Experience with project management, scheduling, and coordination with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage on-site teams, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve issues promptly
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and design plans
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices for on-site operations
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in site supervision or overseeing interior projects is highly desirable
