Job Description

Key Responsibility

  • Understands details about SF machine functions as explained by production / engineering lead
  • Set machine parameters as per WI / SOP
  • Take updates from previous shift personnel on maintenance and engineering activities, as required
  • Runs machine for errors and implements minor corrective actions to ensure machine is ready to produce before shift starts
  • Runs the machine post implementation of corrective actions
  • Maintains logbook on issues and resolutions
  • Understands new trial requirements, set machine/process as per engineering instruction to coordinate to conduct trials
  • Provides demonstration of machine functioning to operators

Qualification

Diploma (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

Experience

2 to 3 years

Additional Technical Specifications/ Requirements

Knowledge of chemistry, Surface finishing operations like deburring, shot blasting & polishing (preferred)
