Job Description

Key Responsibility

Experience on CNC Machine
Understands details about CNC machine functions as explained by supervisor
Runs machine for errors and implements minor corrective actions to ensure machine is ready to produce before shift starts
Understands program (G codes, M codes) and complete sequence of movement in the machine
Ensures achievement of tool dimensions and identifies need for replacement of tools in accordance with control quality (CQ) checks by quality team
Understands and interprets machine drawings to identify accurate placement of tools in the machine and respective dimensions to ensure smooth implementation of corrective actions
Provides demonstration of machine functioning to operators

Qualification

Diploma (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

Experience

2 to 3 years

Additional Technical Specifications/ Requirements

Knowledge of chemistry, Surface finishing operations like deburring, shot blasting & polishing (preferred)
