Program Manager-Inf Security

A ServiceNow Project Manager leads the end to end delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, defining scope, timelines, and resources while managing stakeholders, risks, and budgets, often using Agile/Scrum methods, coordinating technical teams (developers, architects, BAs), and ensuring project alignment with business goals, requiring strong communication, PMP/Scrum Master certifications, and deep understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, etc., to deliver successful platform transformations.

KEY Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in IT project management, with significant focus on ServiceNow implementations.

Certifications: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are often preferred.

Methodologies: Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks.

Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Tools: Familiarity with PM tools like JIRA, Asana, MS Project.
