Job Position: ServiceNow Developer ? Customer App Developer
Work Location: PAN.
Experience: 5+ to 10+ Years
Key Skills:
ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) / Custom App Development
Application design, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules
Integration with external systems (REST/SOAP, LDAP, etc.)
Reporting, dashboards, and notifications
Responsibilities:
Design and develop customer-facing applications on ServiceNow
Implement workflows, UI/UX, and automation as per requirements
Integrate applications with third-party systems
Maintain and enhance existing customer applications
