Job Description

A leading IT Services & Enterprise Service Management company delivering digital transformation and end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across global clients. We design, build and operate scalable ITSM and enterprise workflows that drive operational efficiency, automation and measurable business outcomes. This is an on-site role based in India for candidates who thrive in delivery-focused, client-facing engagements.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and configure ServiceNow scoped applications, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes and Flow Designer flows.
  • Implement and enhance ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and maintain CMDB hygiene and integrations.
  • Build and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, workflows, orchestration and Service Portal pages.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and custom web services.
  • Manage release activities: update sets, code reviews, unit testing, deployments and post-go-live support in an on-site delivery model.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, documented solutions and mentor junior engineers.
