Job Description

Job Title : ServiceNow Developer

Location: Chennai

Experience: 4+ Years

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, customization, and integrations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform
  • Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
  • Work on Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog modules
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Create and manage Service Portal, UI Builder, and catalog items
  • Implement automation using Flow Designer
  • Perform platform upgrades and maintain system performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

🔹 Required Skills

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development (4+ years)
  • Hands-on experience in ITSM modules
  • JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts
  • Service Portal & UI customization
  • REST/SOAP integrations
  • Flow Designer & Workflow configuration
  • Knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology

🔹 Preferred

  • ServiceNow CSA/CAD Certification
  • Experience in HRSD or ITOM modules is an added advantage
