Job Description: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Kochi (Onsite only)
Experience Requirements
- Junior Developers: 3–5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience
- Mid-Level Developers: 5–9 years of relevant ServiceNow experience
- Senior Developers: 9–12+ years with deep hands-on expertise in ITSM & CMDB
- Telecom domain experience is a strong plus
Key Skills Required
- ServiceNow Development & Administration
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
- CMDB / Configuration Management
- TSM (Telecom Service Management) – good to have / mandatory for select roles
- ServiceNow scripting:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- Script Includes
- ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Workflow / Flow Designer
- Performance Analytics & Reporting (preferred)
- ServiceNow best practices & standards
