Sales & Marketing - Customer Service

Responsibility

• Sales and Marketing of Service Business for Easter Region along with Bangladesh & Bhutan.
• Service Business Promotion for East and Bangladesh Regions Customers.
• Target oriented (OI, Sales, GP and Collection) business.
• Taking care of AMC System & Product as well as Analyser System (New and Renewal), Spares, Site Service, Training, Bench Repair, Business.
• Promotion of EPS, Lifecycle Service Support (LSS), VPS and VAS Business.
• Business Lead Generation for service and also for entire organization.
• Customer-Focused Approach, Manages Complexity, Planning and Organizing, Adaptive Mindset, Negotiation Skill.
