We are hiring for Service Management Lead!!
Experience: 10-15 years
Location: Chennai
Required Technical Skillset:
- ITSM process Lead, ticket lifecycle mastery, SLA control, scheduling/dispatch, stakeholder communications, ServiceNow/JSM/Remedy proficiency, operational reporting
- Coordinate end‑to‑end IT service delivery across Incident/Request/Knowledge and Change calendars; own scheduling, dispatch, and customer communications.
- Ensure data quality and audit readiness in ITSM tools; drive knowledge article creation and CSI initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to unblock work, optimize technician utilization, and improve customer outcomes.
- Monitor SLA/OLA performance; publish dashboards and escalate risks early; support major incidents and PIR actions.

Mode of Interview: Virtual
TCS Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.
- Only Full-Time courses would be considered.
- Candidates who have attended TCS interview in the last 1 month need not apply
