What we are looking for
Role: Service Desk Agents Reporting
Experience Range: 4 – 8 Years
Location: Noida
Must-Have:
- 4–8 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
- Expertise in designing indicators, breakdowns, data snapshots, and analytic dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills—able to elicit requirements, present insights, and align metrics with business goals.
- Proficiency in data visualization, analytics principles, and basic SQL query writing to extract and manipulate ServiceNow data.
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SLA/KPI Frameworks
- Advanced knowledge in excel
