Service Delivery Manager – Cloud Infrastructure (AWS & Azure)
Location: Coimbatore / Hyderabad
Experience: 12+
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead a cloud infrastructure delivery team providing enterprise support across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end delivery of managed cloud services (AWS & Azure)
• Ensure SLA adherence, uptime, incident response, and change governance
• Lead major incident management (P1/P0), RCA and corrective action planning
• Drive cloud modernization, automation, and Infrastructure as Code adoption
• Manage cloud support engineers (L2/L3), SREs, and on-call rotations
• Conduct customer governance reviews and executive escalations
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in AWS and Azure infrastructure operations
• ITIL-based service management expertise (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Knowledge of networking, IAM, compute, storage, Kubernetes, security
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
• Excellent customer-facing communication and leadership
Preferred Certifications:
AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, ITIL, PMP/Scrum Master
