About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic SEO Team Lead to join our digital marketing division. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the company’s SEO strategy, lead a team of specialists, and drive initiatives that strengthen our online visibility and search engine rankings. This position requires advanced technical SEO expertise, proven leadership ability, and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of SEO specialists, content writers, and link builders.
Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Perform regular SEO audits, track site health, and ensure compliance with Google Webmaster Guidelines.
Monitor performance and prepare detailed reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
Stay informed on algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve SEO-related issues including crawl errors, indexing challenges, and site speed optimization.
Collaborate with PPC, social media, and content teams to ensure alignment of broader digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team management role.
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple deadlines.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms (especially WordPress), and basic website development concepts.
