We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition strategy and managing the full recruitment cycle for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure our recruitment processes are efficient and effective

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
