Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce DevOps

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce workflows, process builders, and flows
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using tools like Harness
• Perform data migration activities within Salesforce environments
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using Salesforce APIs
• Write coding solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies
• Configure and set up Field Service Lightning data models and business processes
• Ensure security model compliance within Salesforce implementations
• Collaborate with teams to manage enterprise architecture and integration technologies
• Support single sign-on configurations and integrations
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adapt to changing priorities and work independently

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and DevOps
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce workflow, process builder, and flows
• Proven expertise in CI/CD and deployment techniques for Salesforce
• Experience with Salesforce data migration strategies and tools
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture including integration technologies and single sign-on
• Proficiency in Salesforce core programming languages including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, JavaScript, and SOQL
• Understanding of Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud functionalities
• Experience configuring FSL data models such as Work Orders and Service Appointments
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce security models
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage heavy workloads
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Harness for CI/CD
• Expertise in SaaS data models and connected web services
• Knowledge of routing, scheduling, and policy configuration in FSL
• Familiarity with REST APIs and AJAX in Salesforce development
