Responsibilities

• Design and developing high quality, performance and easily maintainable software.
• Collaborating with cross-functional disciplines to drive design, development, testing, and release of software that enhances customer experience.
• Striving for engineering excellence by helping evolve development guidelines, engineering practices, tools, and process.
• Building highly optimized and performant experiences that delight our users.
• Fostering data drives and experimentation approaches in everything we do.
• Mentoring SWEs and SWE2.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python - OR equivalent experience.
• Solid technical acumen and coding skills.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, planning and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in building performance and scalable Web Apps is preferred.
