Senior Scientist – Clinical Bioanalytical Laboratory

City Imaging & Clinical Labs is expanding its Clinical Bioanalytical capabilities and is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong expertise in bioanalytical method development, validation, and clinical sample analysis for biologics and complex molecules. The candidate will play a key role in strengthening our research capabilities while ensuring the highest standards of scientific and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute bioanalytical studies including method development, validation, and routine clinical sample analysis.
• Develop, validate and optimize immunoassay-based analytical methods using platforms such as ELISA, MSD, or other relevant technologies.
• Support pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD), and immunogenicity (ADA) assessments for clinical and research programs.
• Ensure laboratory practices adhere to GCP/GCLP standards and meet applicable regulatory expectations.
• Review, interpret, and validate analytical data while ensuring accuracy and scientific integrity.
• Prepare scientific reports, documentation, and technical summaries for internal review and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clinical research, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance.
• Contribute to laboratory process optimization, technology adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• M.Sc / M.Pharm / PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in a clinical bioanalytical or research laboratory environment.
• Strong knowledge of bioanalytical assay validation and regulatory expectations for biologics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, mentor junior scientists, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and data integrity.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
