We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales and channel development of Tuya ecosystem smart hardware in North America. You will drive growth by building highvalue channel partnerships, and delivering strong revenue results in North America
Key Responsibilities
1、Responsible for the strategy formulation and execution of software and hardware solutions in America
2、Identify, recruit, and manage key channel partners (distributors, resellers, integrators, retailers) across the US and Canada.
3、Lead direct sales to enterprise and commercial clients, negotiate contracts, and close largevolume orders.
4、Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and partner feedback to refine strategies and maintain competitive edge.
5、Report on sales pipeline, partner performance, and market insights to leadership.
Requirements
1、5+ years of sales experience in smart hardware, IoT devices in North America.
2、Strong channel development experience and existing relationships with distributors/resellers in the US/Canada.
3、Deep understanding of Tuya or other IoT ecosystems, and experience selling smart hardware.
4、Excellent negotiation, account management, and business development skills.
5、Fluent in English (verbal and written);
6、Resultsdriven, selfmotivated, and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
7、Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
