As a Senior Robotics Program Manager, you will bring business value to our clients through the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of autonomous robotics deployments in real-world environments. You will act as the primary interface between customers, field robotics teams, and internal engineering functions, ensuring reliable execution of robotics programs from initial deployment through operational scaling.

This is a customer-facing role with responsibility for coordinating deployment teams and supporting successful project execution across multiple projects and environments.

What will You do:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of robotics deployment programs for local customers.
  • Act as the primary customer-facing representative during project execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including robotics engineers, field operators, and technical support staff.
  • Plan and manage deployment timelines, mission readiness, and operational milestones.
  • Support commissioning of robotic systems in customer environments.
  • Coordinate on-site deployments together with Robot Wrangler and engineering teams.
  • Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal technical capabilities.
  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple deployments.
  • Facilitate communication between local stakeholders and global engineering teams.
  • Support issue resolution during deployment and operational phases.
  • Maintain project documentation, delivery status reporting, and stakeholder updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment workflows and delivery processes.
  • Support pre-sales or technical discussions with customers when required.

Qualifications: We want to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project delivery, or deployment of complex technical systems.
  • Experience working with robotics, automation systems, industrial equipment, or hardware-software integrated platforms.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing delivery roles.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Experience managing field deployments or operational technology projects.
  • Understanding of robotics systems, sensors, or autonomous platforms.
  • Background in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar technical field.
  • Experience supporting deployment of autonomous or robotic systems.
  • Familiarity with mobile robotics environments or ROS-based platforms.
  • Ability to operate in dynamic, real-world deployment environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional level of English (written and oral).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites.
  • Intelligent, communicative team-player personality, interested in and willing to learn new skills and technologies.
