Role Overview

As a Senior ReactJS Developer, you will build and maintain form-driven, workflow-heavy web application used daily by franchisors and franchisees worldwide. You will work closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver highly dynamic, interactive UI modules optimized for both performance and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, scalable interfaces using ReactJS (TypeScript) for modules like Tasks, Audits, Training, and Forms.
• Develop dynamic, rule-based forms with nested conditions, branching logic, multi-step flows, and role-based visibility.
• Manage complex application state using React Context API and React Hook Form (or similar).
• Integrate with GraphQL or REST APIs to fetch and persist hierarchical data efficiently.
• Contribute to a shared component design system used across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure smooth sync between user roles, permissions, and UI behaviors.
• Optimize rendering strategies for heavy data components such as tables and dashboards.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and architecture discussions to maintain clean and scalable codebases.
  
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• 4+ years of solid experience in ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong understanding of React Context API, hooks, and component lifecycle.
• Proven experience building complex form-based applications with dynamic validation and conditional logic.
• Experience integrating GraphQL or REST APIs in large-scale applications.
• Familiarity with Chakra UI, Material UI, or TailwindCSS.
• Good grasp of state management, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and testable code following component-driven development principles.

• Experience with React Query, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit.
• Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) systems.
• Understanding of frontend build pipelines, Git workflows, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
