Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Group Housing Projects

Location: Dehradun (Relocation candidates are welcome)

Experience: 10 – 12 years

Notice Period: 30 – 60 days

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background to manage end-to-end execution of group housing projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in delivering large-scale residential projects (500–1000 apartments) and demonstrate long-term stability in previous roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of group housing projects from planning to handover
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory compliance norms
  • Monitor project timelines and cost control to ensure on-time delivery
  • Handle approvals, liaisoning, and coordination with local authorities
  • Manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors
  • Conduct regular site reviews and progress reporting to senior management
  • Ensure smooth handover of 500–1000 residential units with proper documentation

Candidate Requirements

  • 10–12 years of total experience in group housing / residential projects
  • Mandatory Civil Engineering qualification
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management
  • Must have successfully handed over 500–1000 apartments
  • Stable career profile with minimum 3+ years in one organization
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Dehradun
