Senior Product Analyst

Designation: Senior Product Analyst/ Associate Product Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2-5 years

Employment Type: Full-Time (Mon – Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own analytics for customer engagement channels including push notifications, email, and lifecycle communications to improve retention and repeat purchases.
• Analyze user behavior across the ecommerce funnel and generate insights to optimize engagement and conversion.
• Build and maintain SQL-based data models, dashboards, and reports to track key product and retention metrics.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments for campaigns, personalization strategies, and product features.
• Drive end-to-end product feature development from ideation to launch, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and growth teams to ensure smooth execution and timely releases.
• Define and track success metrics, evaluate feature performance, and optimize based on data insights.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis and leverage AI tools to automate insights and improve personalization.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with product analytics, including cohort, funnel, and retention analysis, and A/B experimentation.
• Proven ability to drive end-to-end product feature development and work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and productivity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate insights into business recommendations.

• Immediate joiner or availability within 15 days
• Candidates based in Gurgaon preferred
• Experience working in high-growth/startup environments is a plus
