Role Description

We are seeking a Senior PHP Developer for a full-time, hybrid role based in Pune, with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves developing and maintaining back-end and front-end web applications, implementing object-oriented programming techniques, creating software solutions, and ensuring high-quality code. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of software projects.

Summary / Note:

• A seasoned engineer with strong PHP backend skills and modern JS frontend expertise using React and either Vue or Angular. Ideal for teams looking for a full-stack mindset with additional MongoDB experience.
• Resource needs to work till 11:30 mid night as project demands frequent interaction with US based client.

• Experience: 8 –10 Years
• Working Hrs : 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Must-Have Skills:

• PHP (Laravel/Symfony), REST APIs
• React.js
• Vue.js or Angular
• JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Knowledge of HCM as well as Payroll domain

Nice-to-Have:

• Full-stack exposure (Node.js)
• MongoDB / NoSQL
• Docker, CI/CD, Cloud

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end feature development (Backend + Frontend)
• Write scalable, maintainable code
• Technical design, code reviews, mentoring
• Build REST APIs, UI components
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Architects

Performance and security optimization

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Back-End Web Development using PHP and related frameworks
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and standards
• Relevant exposure to Front-End Development, including familiarity with modern front-end frameworks
• Solid expertise in Software Development and Programming, with attention to clean, efficient coding practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in agile development environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of database systems and API integrations is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset
