Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute high-performing search and shopping campaigns on Google Ads, focusing on achieving client KPIs (key performance indicators).
- Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns, tailoring strategies to each platform's unique audience and functionalities.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and utilize negative keywords to optimize campaign targeting and budget efficiency.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads best practices and algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to build new age creative strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop competitive advantage.
- Utilize A/B testing to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures for maximized conversions.
- Provide regular performance reports that showcase campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Utilize a problem-solving approach to identify potential campaign roadblocks and recommend solutions.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand client KPIs and economic factors that might be impacting campaign performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies based on market shifts.
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid search advertising (Google Ads) and social media advertising,
- Indepth understanding of required technologies in Digital marketing
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and Pmax and lead gen
- 3+ Years with proven record in CRO
- A good understanding of GTM/GA to implement/test conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to clients and stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset and a passion for exploring new trends and optimizing campaigns.
- Growth hacking mindset to scale the client business and delivery optimum return on media investment
- Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- A passion for Fashion and understanding of its marketing landscape.
