Senior Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Supply Ops, monitor, and improve key operational metrics.
• Analyze operational & business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Assisting in defining SOPs, tracking, ensuring adherence & execution
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, supply,support, CRM, etc.)
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and policies.

Educational Qualification: - B.E / B.tech / MBA

Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum) - 2-5 Years
