Job Description

You have 5–6 years of experience in mixer and stock preparation.
You possess strong knowledge of mixers, calendars, and extruders, especially from an electrical perspective.
You take ownership of planning and executing preventive maintenance activities.
You handle breakdown and shutdown maintenance efficiently.
You ensure compliance with safety audits, manage near-miss reporting, and adhere to MSR standards.
You manage spare parts inventory and drive the development of indigenous spares.
You are responsible for managing departmental budgets and projects.
You work towards ensuring plant reliability and maintaining downtime within AOP targets
