Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

#ROLE OVERVIEW: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and driving the marketing and sales initiatives outside the store premises. This role involves direct customer and corporate engagement, organizing events, roadshows, and campaigns, representing the brand at exhibitions and expos, and proposing new initiatives to strengthen brand presence and sales growth, and meeting sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Propose and drive the marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

2. Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.

3. Track ROI and performance of campaigns and events.

4. Meet with corporate clients and institutions to promote schemes, offers, and products.

5. Build partnerships for bulk orders, gifting, and customized jewellery solutions.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and existing customers for repeat business.

7. Organize and execute jewellery promotional campaigns, melas, and roadshows.

8. Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and expos. Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of events.

9. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

10. Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to enhance positioning.
