Job Description
Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Exp - 12 to 20 Years
Qualification - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for the site.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Monitor and control site-level costs, including manufacturing, logistics, and overheads.
- Analyze cost variances and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain compliance with local statutory requirements and corporate accounting policies.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for site audits.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and other departments to drive financial performance.
- Support CAPEX planning and ROI analysis for site investments.
- Prepare and present financial reports to site and regional leadership.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to corporate finance.
