Job Responsibilities:

Create content and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology focusing US audience as consumers.
Actively participate and contribute in team meetings.
Portray the information as appropriate in the form of drawings, charts, and flow diagrams to illustrate the Product features.
Keep abreast of latest industry trends and knit it together with the organizational needs.
Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to facilitate timely and quality execution of content projects.
Coordinate with geographically distributed content teams and stakeholders.
Gather the content feedback, look for areas of improvements, prioritize, and implement the constructive suggestions.
Emerge as a subject matter expert in assigned areas of responsibility through interactive learning and apply the expertise in creating the content independently.

Skill Sets

Strong writing skills.
Excellent organization, communication, and writing style with an eye for detail.
Highly motivated with an ability to quickly grasp complex software solutions and their objectives.
Ability to work within agreed timelines
10 to 12 years of experience in software product documentation
