🔍 Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment (experience in both is highly preferred)
Strong experience working with job portals and sourcing platforms
Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in screening, sourcing, coordinating interviews, and closing positions
