Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end human resources functions. The ideal candidate will align HR strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals
Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding initiatives to attract and retain top talent
Drive performance management systems and employee engagement programs
Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
Lead learning and development initiatives, leadership development, and succession planning
Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic insights to senior leadership

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or managerial roles
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity, professionalism, and strategic thinking
