Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/React, Python, and Golang, and a solid background in distributed systems, microservices, and modern DevSecOps practices. This role requires strong technical expertise, ownership, and the ability to work effectively within agile product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain frontend and backend services using React, Python, and Golang.
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of distributed systems and event-driven solutions.
• Design and develop container-based microservices leveraging Docker and orchestration tools.
• Build and optimize APIs, integrations, and data-driven components across SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, resolve production problems, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD, automated testing, and DevSecOps processes.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in product-focused development teams.
• Strong experience delivering production-grade applications using JavaScript/React and Python/Golang.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices patterns.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and distributed logs.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience working in an agile software development environment.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tooling and automation frameworks.
