Senior Frontend Developer (JavaScript) at BairesDev

As a Senior Frontend Developer at BairesDev, you will architect and develop sophisticated web applications using modern JavaScript technologies. You'll lead frontend initiatives, mentor junior developers, and create high-performance, scalable user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do:

- Design and implement advanced, scalable frontend architectures using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies.

- Lead technical design and architectural decisions for frontend solutions.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's frontend development best practices.

- Develop complex, high-performance web applications with optimized rendering and state management.

- Implement advanced state management and performance optimization techniques.

- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and ensure high-quality frontend development.

What We Are Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience with frontend JavaScript development.

- Strong expertise in modern JavaScript ecosystem and advanced frontend architecture.

- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and ES6+ features.

- Experience with state management, performance optimization, and complex UI development.

- Advanced knowledge of web performance and optimization techniques.

- Advanced level of English.
