Responsibilities

Experience of assisting clients with technical accounting advisory, GAAP convergence (local GAAP to US GAAP/IFRS/ Ind AS), Financial Reporting Process Advisory, Capital Market readiness
Practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective
Hands-on experience of working on Fund Accounting, reconciliations, and reporting for investment funds across strategies
Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI and related regulatory requirements
Working knowledge and exposure to MS Office, ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, and Tally
