- Data Analytics:
- Analytics to aide operational efficiencies to increase block or flying hours and reduce ground time.
- Develop predictive models to optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and maintenance planning.
- Dashboard development, formulation, monitor/control and deployment for effects use of airline operations
- Operations Research:
- Apply operations research methodologies to solve complex problems in crew scheduling, airports, engineering, dispatch and crew.
- Lead the development of optimization algorithms and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operations research solutions.
- Ground visitation of airports and other operational areas for better understanding of operations
- Performance Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within airline operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement operational improvement initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of improvement projects and adjust strategies as needed.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage department budgets and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining operational excellence.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments, including flight operations, maintenance, ground services, and customer service, to ensure seamless passenger experience.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork to achieve operational goals.
- Bachelors' degree in Operations Research, Analytics, Engineering
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
