Location: Andheri, Mumbai | Experience: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead DevOps strategy and mentor the DevOps team.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for low‑latency trading systems.
  • Manage hybrid infra across AWS, GCP, and on‑prem data centers.
  • Drive IaC using Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes.
  • Oversee monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
  • Implement DevSecOps, security automation, and compliance (SEBI).
  • Lead performance tuning and RCA for high‑throughput systems.


Required Skills

  • 10+ yrs DevOps experience, 6+ yrs leadership.
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD).
  • Deep knowledge of AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Advanced Terraform, Helm, Linux, networking.
  • Python/Bash/Go scripting.
  • Strong security & IAM understanding.


Good to have

  • Experience in HFT/low‑latency systems.
  • FIX protocol, FPGA, or network optimization.
  • Redis, Nginx, or real‑time systems.
