Senior Content Writer

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Writer with 7–8 years of experience who can lead content creation across marketing initiatives, campaigns, and digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in long-form and short-form content, SEO-driven writing, GEO & AI optimization, and website content strategy, along with a strong working knowledge of AI-powered content tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.

This role requires someone who can think strategically about content, collaborate within the marketing team, and produce high-quality content that strengthens BHIVE’s brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

• Write high-quality long-form and short-form content across various marketing channels.
• Develop compelling content for campaigns, centre launches, brand initiatives, and marketing events.
• Produce blog articles, ad landing page content, newsletters, and marketing campaign copy.
• Create engaging social media content, ad copy, and campaign messaging with GEO & AI optimization.
• Ensure content aligns with BHIVE’s brand voice, tone, and messaging framework.

Website & SEO Content:

• Write and optimize website content including landing pages and product descriptions.
• Develop SEO-driven blog content targeting relevant keywords to improve organic visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement content strategies that support SEO and traffic growth.
• Conduct keyword research and content optimization to improve search rankings.
• Familiar with SEO tools and reporting platforms
• Focus on GEO & AI visibility through strategic content writing

AI-Powered Content Execution:

• Leverage AI tools and platforms (such as generative AI writing tools, content automation tools, and research tools) to accelerate content creation workflows.
• Use AI to support research, ideation, drafting, and editing, while maintaining high editorial quality.
• Continuously explore emerging AI tools for content production and marketing efficiency.

Marketing Campaigns:

• Create BHIVE marketing campaigns with integrated content strategies.
• Work closely with marketing teams like design, video, performance, and design to develop content for campaigns.
• Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning.
• Ensure all content supports lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement goals.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 7–8 years of experience in content writing, preferably within marketing, digital agencies, or startups.
• At least 4 years of experience in a senior content role, handling strategic content initiatives.
• Proven experience in writing blogs, website content, campaign copy, and digital marketing content.
• Strong understanding of SEO writing and content optimization.
• Proficient in GEO optimization & AI visibility
• Demonstrated experience working with AI-powered content tools and workflows.
• Experience contributing to multi-channel marketing campaigns.
