We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer 5+ Years to join our enterprise technology team and contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Maven-based builds, Microservices architecture, Apache Camel integration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes orchestration, and Jenkins automation. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying highly scalable, secure, and resilient distributed systems for mission-critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-grade microservices using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Develop secure applications using Spring Security, OAuth2, and role-based access controls.
Build and manage Maven-based projects and dependency management across multiple services.
Implement service-to-service communication and integration workflows using Apache Camel and messaging systems.
Contribute to CI/CD automation using Jenkins and modern DevOps practices to enable rapid, reliable releases.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain containerized applications on Kubernetes clusters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions.
Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, documenting designs and mentoring junior engineers when required.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience working on large enterprise implementation projects.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Deep hands-on expertise with 5+ Years in Java, Spring Framework , Microservices , Kubernetes , CI/CD, Maven , Jenkins , dockers , AWS
