About The Role
As a member of Innocap’s End User Computing team, you will collaborate closely with business units and colleagues internationally. Your role blends technical support and application analysis, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional employee experience, and continuous improvement of IT services.

- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, providing quick and courteous assistance.
- Resolve routine software and hardware issues for internal users.
- Configure, test, and deploy computer and mobile equipment/applications.
- Support and train users on Microsoft Office 365 and virtual desktops (VDI).
- Manage hardware, virtual images, and asset inventory.
- Support access management (Active Directory).
- Document interventions and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
- Ensure compliance with IT processes (change, incident, problem, request, configuration management).
- Promote products and support application users.
- Participate in integration projects (configuration, testing, deployment).
- Analyze user-submitted problems and recommend system improvements.
- Actively contribute to cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-4 years in IT support or End User Computing roles.
- Exposure to vendor management and deployment of technology assets.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration solutions.
- Experience with virtual desktops (VDI), vendor management, and deployment of complex technology assets.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear language.
- Recognized for autonomy, initiative, agility, and proactivity.
