Job Description

Job Title: Senior Analyst

Shift Timing: US Shift

Location: Kochi

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct structured outbound calls and professional email outreach to contractors, architects, owners, and other project stakeholders to validate and collect complex project information.
Review, interpret, and synthesize information from a wide range of sources, including permits, RFPs, specifications, zoning documents, plans & specifications, and external articles.
Validate and ensure accuracy of key project attributes, including:
Project type, stage, scope, and valuation
Timelines, milestones, and critical dates
Company, contact, and stakeholder roles
Independently identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies, errors, and duplicate projects; escalate complex exceptions when required.
Draft clear, concise, and professional stakeholder communications requesting clarification or additional information.
Update IRIS and other internal systems with high-confidence, validated data in accordance with SOPs and quality standards.
Mentor and coach junior analysts on call handling, documentation standards, research techniques, and quality expectations.
Support quality assurance (QA), root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous accuracy improvement initiatives.
Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying efficiency opportunities and recommending workflow enhancements.
Participate in special initiatives such as pilot programs, UX testing, or cross-functional projects as needed.
Take on select lead responsibilities (e.g., peer review, escalation support, workflow guidance) while remaining an individual contributor role.
Maintain accountability for performance metrics, including accuracy, timeliness, productivity, and quality outcomes.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data validation techniques.
Experience working with CRM platforms and internal data management systems.
Strong online research and document interpretation skills.
Familiarity with quality control processes and accuracy monitoring.

Soft Skills

Clear, confident spoken English with a neutral/global accent.
Strong written business communication and professional email etiquette.
Comfort engaging directly with US-market professionals.
High attention to detail with strong analytical judgment.
Coaching and mentoring capability without formal authority.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in exception-driven scenarios.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Experience & Expertise

6–8 years of relevant experience in voice-based research, data validation, or project intelligence roles.
Prior Subject Matter Expert (SME), senior IC, or informal team lead experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions independently when handling ambiguous or complex cases.
